Still wondering what to do while on holiday in the Maldives? Vilamendhoo offers land sports and activities such as volleyball, badminton, Pétanque, football, tennis and mini putting green. Play a match with your friends and loved ones or join in the Guest vs. Staff football matches on Sundays.

Spend the day sailing on a catamaran or explore the water surface on a kayak, paddleboard, and windsurfing around Vilamendhoo’s crystal clear waters, the perfect environment for most popular water sports activities. Waterski, wakeboards, fun tube and Jet Ski are also available to complete the enjoyment.

For certified divers, we have a great variety of dive sites to offer every day. Those can be explored during single tank, two tank or full day trips. If you have not been diving for a while, start off by joining our orientation dive.

Have you ever wondered what the marine life is doing at night? Experience this totally different way of observing the underwater life. Our guide will take you on the house reef and show you the realms of the reef in the dark with a torch. Watch the turtles sleeping, parrotfish secreting a “sleeping bag” and jack fish hunting.

Vilamendhoo house reef is one of our main highlights making Vilamendhoo a favourite bucket list destination. The reef itself is home to turtles, schools of jacks, napoleons, black tip reef sharks, eagle rays in the blue and many more. The house reef offers you the chance to simply come and dive whenever you and your buddy want to. During the Orientation session, we will familiarize you with the layout of the reef entry and exit point.

Treat your loved one to an unforgettable dining experience filled with memorable moments on the soft sandy beach at Vilamendhoo. The beach near Ahima Restaurant makes for the ideal location to host your candlelight dinner on the beach. Alternatively, you can dine on the terrace or the beach in front of your room.
